Smart OLT HL7302

Overview

The HL7302 system is an OLT device for B2B/B2C ultra-wideband deployment and supports various multimedia services such as voice, Internet, and video. Existing subscriber devices such as xDSL or cable modems have the disadvantage of slowing down transmission speeds when the number of subscribers increases or the installation distance increases, but HL7302 solves the problems of existing equipment, and it is possible to configure FTTB as well as FTTB type networks.

The HL7302 system is an optical subscriber device using XGS-PON (10-gigabit-capable Symmetric PON) and G-PON (Gigabit-capable PON) optical transmission technologies that support multibranching, enabling economical and efficient optical line utilization. In addition, the optical network connecting the national company and each ONU or ONT uses only passive optical elements to provide stable high-speed Internet service.

The HL7302 system optionally accommodates up to 16 XGS-PON interfaces and up to 32 G-PON interfaces and provides up to eight 10 GbE Uplink interfaces. In particular, it supports XGS-PON transmission technology, which enables subscribers to provide up/down 10 giga high-speed Internet service. The HL7302 system can be installed in a standard 19-inch rack and is 3U (133 mm) tall, providing high transmission efficiency relative to the area occupied by the machine.

The HL7302 system supports Layer 2 switching as well as Layer 3 switching and multicast functions for IPTV services. Supports QoS (Quality of Service) function to control traffic according to the subscriber's application. Through visual synchronization of IEEE1588v2 and Sync-E (Synchronous Ethernet) functions, we provide a specialized solution that can also be applied to mobile backhaul.

The HL7302 system accepts both AC and DC power sources to provide convenience for installation environments, while the switching and power redundancy design maximizes system uptime for high machine availability.

The figure below shows an example of a network configuration using the HL7302.
